Sablon: a beacon of Contemporary Art
Nestled in the heart of Brussels, Sablon pulses with the rhythm of creativity. As part of VDD Project Development's vision for contemporary redevelopment, DEMAIN Studios adds another layer to the vibrant tapestry of this iconic location. The prestigious building, centrally located on the Grand Sablon in Brussels, on the corner with Rue des Minimes, was commissioned in 1920 by the former "Manufacture de Fourrures Raymond Mallien". From 2003, the building transformed into a renowned sales hall of the renowned auction house Pierre Bergé, affiliated with the late partner of the fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent. In 2006, the building was officially recognised and protected as a historical monument, confirming its status as a timeless symbol of Brussels heritage. -
Join us as we celebrate the launch of DEMAIN Studios, where every visit is a journey of discovery.
